PARTNERS

"A fathers legacy."
"This has got to be one of the proudest days of my life." One of the Fathers told us, as his Son was being raised to the sublime degree of a Master Mason. The other Father, a Past Master from his lodge, agreed. "I am very proud of the man whom I also call my Son, my Brother and my Friend." As Dad Pete passed his Masonic ring over to his son, Daniel, he told him, "a Family legacy has begun here today, I pass on this ring to you today and someday you will be able to raise your son, see his degrees and pass this ring on to him as well." Well said my Brother, well said.

Hospital Visitation Program
The name is somewhat misleading. The Masonic Hospital Visitation Program is, without a doubt, the finest public relations program ever undertaken by the Masonic fraternity. The Masonic Service Association of North America deems this program their major relief work. It is much more than merely "visitations" to the disabled and lonely patients in V.A. Hospitals, State Veterans Homes and Extended Care Facilities. It is the rendering of personal services to all our sons and brothers, Masons and Non-Masons alike, who now need someone to turn to for encouragement and to make life a little more pleasant. Little things mean a lot. A friendly smile, a warm handclasp, an embrace and a kind word can do wonders for those who are lonely and depressed in a hospital or a nursing home. The Hospital Visitation Program is a vital part of the Fraternity that deserves your attention and needs your immediate help. The “volunteering” has to do with the Masonic Hospital Visitors Program under the auspices of the Masonic Service Association of North America. We have volunteer hospital visitors in California who visit the Veterans’ hospitals on behalf of the Masonic Service Association and the Grand Lodge of California. For more information, please contact one of our lodge officers to see how YOU can make a difference! 951-315-1410

Brother Roy "Pete" Bleckert receives Hiram Award
The Hiram Award is given to a Brother Mason in recognition of service to the fraternity or mankind in general. It is intended for a Brother who, year after year, displays his devotion without receiving special recognition or special honor. Every Lodge has many such members. They are the living cement that binds our fraternity into a Brotherhood. You can find them at labor in kitchens, the coaching rooms, the committees, his church and community helping his fellowman, anywhere a true and steady Hand of assistance is needed. Below is a list of those brothers so honored by this Lodge for their dedicated service to our Lodge, Masonry in general and mankind. This month we honor one more such outstanding men, our own Roy "Pete" Bleckert.
