We the officers of Moreno Valley Lodge #804 welcome all Master Masons to our lodge. Degree work is held on Thursdays, refer to callendar for schedule and come help us make good men better. |

General Information Request. Simply print, fill out and send back to us.
It can be a request simply on Masonry, becoming a member, or just general inquiry.
Application for Degrees. The application for degrees is the petition to become a Mason.
This is the first step that a potential candidate for masonry will take in order to join our fraternity. Remember
2B1ASK1 and by filling this form out you are taking that necessary step. Simply fill the form out and mail it to us
we will take care of the rest. If you do not know or do not have anyone within the lodge or Masons to refer you it
is not a problem we will provide you with Masons that will be happy to meet and vouch for your petition.
 Masonic Funeral Request. If you never have seen a Masonic funeral they are both dignified
and beautiful events. All Masons in good standing are entitled to a Masonic funeral, simply fill this form out and
submit it to the secretary or master of the lodge. For more information please contact the Master of the Lodge
