Always on the Level
Brethren,
Our Public Schools Night was another successful event. I would like to thank Bro. Chuck Edmundson who planned out this successful event and the rest of the brethren who came and supported our Public Schools Night. My special thanks to Margie Cameron and her outstanding kitchen crew, who prepared the wonderful meal and the young ladies of Rainbow for Girls Chapter 272 who helped, served dinner. We had the pleasure of having Wb. Mark Pressey from the Grand Lodge on Masonic Education to present the award to our Teacher of the Year. Also present, was our 497th Masonic District Inspector, Wb. James A. Kurupas.
Congratulations to Bro. Chuck Edmundson, Bro. Jon Del Mundo and Mr. Dom Mendoza (Petitioner) for taking 2nd place in the G.A. Thomson Lodge Golf Tournament. Incidentally, Mr. Mendoza also won the closest to the pin award. And thanks to all the brethren who came to play and enjoyed a round of golf with the brethren.
If you are tasked by the Master to perform an investigation on an applicant, please make sure that you do it in a timely manner so the Master can read the results of your investigation before we decide to vote on them.
For our Entered Apprentice and Fellowcraft masons, who have not yet given their proficiencies, call the Master or any of the Pillars and let us know so we can try to work around your busy schedule.
For the Officers who would like to advance to the next position for the next ensuing Masonic year, please start working on your qualifications and get certified by our Officer’s Coach, Wb. Gil Magdaluyo.
I’ll see you at the lodge. Think happy thoughts and be kind to one another.
Fraternally,
Bro. Jay Mamuyac
