We Thank You for your dedicated service, and all the work you have done for the Lodge.

His Son Stephen Alexander Hamilton is also his brother Master Mason, raised in Sincerity 1864 in the year 2002.

Stephen has had a lifelong love affair with Science, Business, History and Philosophy. Degree’d in Pharmacy by the University of Pacific, Stockton, California, 1965; Licensed to practice by the State of California in August of that same year, Stephen has had careers in Pharmacy, Computers, Electronics, Software and most recently in renewable energy. He has served as Pharmacist, Small Business manager, Salesman, Sales manager, Marketing manager, Marketing Director, Vice Presidents of: Sales, Marketing and operations; President, CEO and Chairman of the Board.

Stephen has filled his “free time” with cultural and culinary pursuit. He considers himself a History and Bible Scholar and one of the world’s four greatest cooks. He has good friends and golf buddies on every continent but Africa (there are plans to resolve this issue). He is a Cavalier and member in good standing of the Commanders of Baccus of Paris. He has had many seasons’ tickets for opera, symphony and ballet. He has crawled through almost every major Museum, Art Institute and exposition in the world except l ‘Hermitage in St. Petersburg… Still in the plan. He has devoured almost all of Michener, Tuchman, Durant, Fraser, Stone, Cavell… et. Al… His heart’s desire is still to see Machu Pikchu, l’Hermatage, ALL of Egypt and have dinner, hikes and sailing again with his Italian friends and family who’s head is Massimo Ziliani.

Now Stephen Hamilton is honored by this prestigious Masonic Hiram Award.

Stephen was initiated into the mysteries of Masonry on January 12, 1972, Passed to Fellowcraft on March 8 that same year and raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason on April 19, 1972. He has done the work to prove his proficiency as a Master Mason, served as Sr. Steward, Hospitality Chairman and has been initiated into the Asyia Shrine organization.

Stephen’s hopes and desires are to: (1) contribute to a team effort to make 651 the shining light of California Masonry, (2) Contribute to the Shiners mission of caring for children world over and to (3) Make an impact on the renewable energy issues of the world… Starting here in California.

Humbled by this Hiram award, Stephen is reinforced in his belief that this ancient fraternity of Masonry not only has a place in the mix of forces of the 21st Century but that Masons have an obligation to their forbearers, children and grandchildren to band together, understand the dynamics of this world, gather resources, train good men and make this 21st century world an improvement of the past as all good men and good Masons have done who have gone this way before.
