Our St. Patrick's Day Dinner is not solely just for the Irish, even though it is "their day" they are willing to share their luck with the rest of us. The most important requirement is to put on a bit of GREEN and join the group, "be Irish for the night". Your Lodge is open to all of you to make any suggestions or give us ideas that you may have for the betterment of the Lodge. If you should need a special diet when coming to our dinners, please let us know when making your reservations. We ask that you make them early enough so we have adequate time to prepare them. There are two reasons for reservations. First, that we prepare enough for everyone, and secondly that we don't overbuy and waste food. Last but not least, your meal is free with a reservation.
Let us all pay particular attention to the Calendar of Events that will appear monthly in the trestleboard and mark your calendars as a reminder to attend the special events.
It would be remiss of me if I didn't conclude this article to state that Shirley and I thank each and every one of you for your wonderful assistance in making my Installation such a memorable one. Again many thanks.
Fraternally,
Don Johnstone, P.M.
Worshipful Master
