is the home of Live Oak Lodge No. 61 F&A.M., the world's oldest fraternity, 
and available for you and your group.

LodgeRooms We have two luxurious lodge rooms with seating, both of which will accommodate up to 200-300 each, fixed and theater-style. Rooms  are suitable for non-food or beverage events  such as weddings, seminars, memorials, etc.

Banquet RoomsWe have two banquet rooms: The larger of the rooms will seat 300-plus people for dinner and 500-plus people theater-style for lectures. The smaller of the two will seat 150 for dinner and 200 theater-style.

These rooms are great for celebrations, wedding receptions, birthday parties, anniversaries, to name a few. Smaller break- out rooms  available.

Pleas note: All minor's events must be alcohol free!
(No alcohol can be served or carried in.)



 
 
 

For your special event, we can provide catering service or you are welcome to bring in your own. Each banquet room has a commercial kitchen adjacent to it. 

We offer limited on-site free parking in the rear of the building, first-come, first-served basis.

$250 minimum/ 5 hours
Add $50 per hour after minimum

-Non-Refundable Deposit-  $200.00 to reserve date.
Additional Deposits-
        Plan 1: $300.00 additional cleaning deposit
        Plan 2: $800.00 if hard liquor is served. Adults only.
Total Deposit Needed for Rental-
        Plan 1: $500.00
        Plan 2: $1,000.00
- Both are fully/partially refundable.

OPTIONS*: Rooms are booked 8:00am-5:00pm and  6:00pm-11:30pm. Each hour or portion thereof past 12:00 midnight is  $300.00 per hour, or fraction thereof.  Break-out rooms are $100.00 - $200.00 extra.  Full kitchen $200.  Clean- up rate $20.00per hour when applicable.

Round tables $5.00 each. Eight- foot- long tables no charge.

Stack chairs $1.00 each (with food or drink) optional.
Folding chairs at no charge.

No in-house linen service available.

Plate setting (china and flatware) $4.00. (for glassware add $1.00 per serving)
(no wine glasses available)

Use of broiler or grill $100.00.

Outside caterers must furnish their own cooking and serving utensils,
and be covered by insurance.

Disk Jockeys (DJ's) must also be covered by insurance.

All receptions require security people to be paid for by renters at $25.00 per man-hour,
4 hours minimum..

All monies due and proof of insurance must be submitted 30 days in advance. No exceptions.

Licensee agrees to assume total liability for damage  incurred in excess  of
damage deposit paid.
