Brethren,

Join me in congratulating Brother Terry Roberts on being raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason.   The future of Heartland looks bright.   We had a somewhat busy month of April, but the master assures me the upcoming month will just as busy .   May is upon us, and so is summer.   We will kick off summer with a Luau.   Fun for all.   It would be great to see some faces there that I haven't seen in awhile, so come on out and wear your favorite Hawaiian gear. Did you know that King Kamehameha IV was a Brother Mason and the Master of Lodge Le Progros in Honolulu ?   One more note of importance, May 26th is Memorial Day.  This is a very important day, because we remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. God Bless everyone of them.
