Smyrna Lodge Number 532 Free and Accepted Masons Chartered in 1922 is located at Ceres, California in the Heart of the San Joaquin Valley, about four miles south of Modesto. It is one of the three lodges that make up California Masonic District No. 446.

Twenty-six  charter members petitioned the Grand Lodge of California in 1922 for permission to form Smyrna Lodge No. 532 with meeting to be held in the Odd Fellows Hall on the corner of 4th and Lawrence.   Most of these Masons were members of Stanislaus Lodge No. 206 of Modesto California. The First organizational meeting was held June 27th 1922 followed by the first installation of officers July 4th 1922.

In 1941 members began discussing the idea of acquiring property, and building a lodge of their own. Four years later in 1945 a building fund was started. In mid 1951 a former church at 3rd and North street in Ceres was purchased, work was started in renovating and remodeling shortly thereafter. With consent of the Grand Lodge the first meeting was held in the new Lodge on February 5th 1954. This new lodge building is still currently used today,

In 1929 George Muirhead started an annual strawberry and Ice cream social for all masons of the surrounding area and their male friends to attend. This tradition has continued to the present day and is unique to Smyrna Lodge No. 532 F.&A.M.

Stated Meetings are the First Tuesday of every month. Lodge opens at 6pm fallowed by the Temple Board Association Meeting, Dinner, and Stated meeting.

2nd and 3rd Tuesdays are usually Officers Practice at 7pm or Special Events.

Every last Thursday is the California Masonic District No. 446 Officers Association Meeting held at the Turlock Masonic Lodge at 7pm
