MASONIC TRESTLEBOARD FEBURARY 2010 *************** MASTER’S MESSAGE Hello Brothers, Here we are at our second Stated Meeting of the year, and the time sure is flying when you are having fun. I would like to thank all the volunteers who stepped up to call our Brethren who have not been to Lodge in a while. Everyone in attendance will be eligible to win tickets to the Modesto Nuts baseball season. All the ladies will receive a flower for Valentines Day for February is the month we celebrate this day. Grand Lodge is going to give away a trip to Washington D.C. to the Lodge with the greatest percentage of returning Brothers and some lucky Brother from our Lodge may win this trip. To our returning members we all miss you and need you. Your wisdom and knowledge of the craft is very important to us all. Inspectors of Division 4 will be putting on a Master Masons Seminar on February 20th @ 8 AM to 3PM at Rose Ave Lodge, (Lunch will be furnished) The Inspectors will be doing the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Degree work this is a School of Instruction to show the proper way to put on these degrees by all our Inspectors of this Division. This is a must attend event for the officers of this Lodge and all Master Masons are invited to attend and our Inspector Bro. Tom Bathe Inspector of the 446 Masonic Dist. and is expecting a good turn out. Let us all try to attend this Training. I want to thank the Cooks in advance for the Tri Tip dinner that is going to be served at Stated Meeting I know it will be great. To those whom are sick I wish you a speedy recovery to those who have lost someone our deepest sympathies. The training for the all the Degrees at Rose Ave on the 20th of February is going to be very important to this Lodge and every Lodge in are area as we all need to become proficient in our degree work and this will help. Brothers and Officers please remember that good practice makes for good Degrees.
