DOB Jun 16, 1941, born in Manila, grew up in Munoz, Nueva Ecija, Phil, graduated hi-school,

joined the U. S. Navy in Nov. 1964. After 20 yrs of service, retired as Chief Electricians Mate, in Oct 1984,

work for the U. S. Postal Service in Jul 19, 1986, graduated with Associate in Arts @ Chabot college in

Hayward in Jun 1988, completed a Certificate of Human Resources Management @ U C Berkeley in Oct 26, 1999,

retired from the Postal Service as Maintenance Operations Supervisor in Feb 1, 2001, married to Connie Bernardo Perez, two daughters Irene and Ingrid and a son Dean, resides in Hercules, Ca.
