Dear Brethren, Ladies, and Friends of Golden Rule Lodge No. 479,
Summer is upon us. We are all busy with vacations, but the lodge is still in full force. During the summer I have 8 degrees planned. The officers of Golden Rule Lodge # 479 will confer 5 new members during the summer. It is my hope that all of you will support the candidates and the officers of Golden Rule. Please join us, it is very important to show these candidates "The Brotherly Love" we are so well known for.
Brethren and Ladies of Golden Rule Lodge, we need your help. Our annual giving program is running behind prior years. We as member of the lodge need to support the Homes, Masonic Foundation and other Masonic charities. I have provided the link to contribute: http://www.freemason.org/contribute_annual. If any of you need assistance with how to contribute, please let know and I will personally help you.
Columbia traveling degree is almost upon us. This year I had some small challenges, but with the support of some Past Masters and God I was able to resolve the issues. This year we are going to do the Hotel reservations a little different. The Hotel will take the reservations directly from you.
Call Best Western Sonora Oaks (phone number is in the Gauge).. I have 19 rooms reserved that I need to release by August 7, 2007, so please make your reservations early. The dinner is still the same as last year. The price is $23 per person, tip included. Dinner choices: Prime Rib Rib eye Steak Salmon Chicken Alfredo The dinner reservations and payment can be made directly with Our Junior Warden not later than August 31st. Please make sure to make your reservations early. Also, please let me know that you have made the Hotel reservations.
