Open installation ceremonies were held on Jan. 20 with the usual team of Griffel, Roy, and Farrin. At the Feb. 3 stated meeting, purchase of a used check writer was authorized, and the lodge voted to transfer the checking account to the main office of Crocker Citizens National Bank at Market and Santa Clara Streets, San Jose. May 9 was the date of the annual trip to Columbia. On Sept. 14 San Jose Chapter No. 1 of DeMolay visited our lodge, and on Nov. 30 we were hosts to Bethel No.280, Jobs Daughters. Lloyd Benjamin elected Master for 1965 at the Dec. 7 stated meeting. Membership, 713.
