Open Installation of officers was conducted Jan. 13, 1941, with Worshipful Inspector Charles 0. Burrell and Past Master Oren P. Holaday officiating. At the Sept. 8 meeting, the Trustees announced that in accordance with instructions given them at the August stated meeting, they had purchased a cemetery plot in Oak Hill Memorial Park for $37.50. Membership at Dec. 1, 1941, was 369. On this date James Benjamin Peckham, Jr., was elected Master of this lodge for the year 1942.
