Lodge minutes are parsimonious during the 1938 year that J. Alfred Fisher was in the East. They do mention that "Past Masters Charles D. Griffel and Oren P. Holaday again installed the officers of this lodge at open installation on Jan. 10. Bro. Raymond E. Oberg was elected to be our 1939 Master at the stated meeting of Dec. 5." Bro. Fisher was active in Golden " Rule's affairs at least two score years and served in many capacities and doings.
