Minutes of the stated meeting of Feb. 5, 1923, indicated that Bro. 3 Charles English was the District Inspector. At the close of the April 2 stated meeting the members were entertained by a radio concert, the instrument having been obtained through the efforts of Dwight E. Salisbury. Then on June 29 there was a basket picnic in Alum Rock Park in conjunction with other local lodges. On Oct. 8 the first Advisory Board was organized. John S. Hasen was elected Master Dec. 3, and the officers of Golden Rule 479, Friendship 210, and Fraternity 399 were installed jointly Dec. 10 by Grand Master Arthur S. Crites.
