Golden Rule's by-laws were amended by vote on Jan. 9, 1922, to fix the first Monday of each month as the time for stated meetings. A resolution also was adopted creating a Board of Trustees, and on Feb. 13 Albert E. Sandbo, Louis T. Smith, and Louis M. Kimberlin were elected as the first r members of the board.
On Dec. 4 Alfred Bertrand Cooper was elected Master for 1923 and Frank D. Gamer as the new Secretary .On Dec. 23 the officers of Golden Rule 479, Friendship 210, and Fraternity 399 were duly installed in joint ceremonies by Grand Master William A. Sherman, assisted by Foster G. Dyer, Inspector of the 40th District, acting as Master of Ceremonies. Membership at the close of the year was 113.
