our Stated Meetings and on average 35 to 40 for our Degree
work. Can we do better? Of course we can, however, word of
mouth soon spreads and we are seeing more and more of our
senior brethren coming out.
How come this change, well! We
are fortunate to have a solid group of Officers who are second
to none in Southern California, number two;
we are having the Ladies attend Lodge every month. They have
all sorts of fun when the men folk are in the Lodge, then
everyone gets together for Harmony after the meetings, which I
am glad to say are run very efficiently and accomplish all our
business in a reasonable short time.
This seems to be a success, let
the Worshipful Master know next time you talk to him, thank
him for a successful Lodge and don’t forget behind every
successful man is a Lady giving him encouragement, and Cora is
certainly doing that.
In a nutshell, come down to the
Lodge and see what you are missing.
In July, we pay our Per-Capita
to Grand Lodge, have you paid your dues for 2004? If not,
send them in A.S.A.P., the Lodge cannot run efficiently
without everyone taking up the load.
