SPECIAL NOTICE
A Proposed Amendment
To the By-Laws of
Torrance University Lodge #394
F. & A.M. California
RESOLVED that Article 111, section 2, of the By-Laws of
This lodge be amended to read as follows:
“The dues of each member of this lodge shall be the sum of
$100.00 per annum, plus the Per Capita sum approved by
Grand Lodge at the immediately preceding Annual
Communication, payable in advance the first day of
January”.
This Resolution was presented at the stated meeting on
September 11th 2006. A ballot will be taken on
this
Amendment at the stated meeting on December 4th
2006.
All members received notice of this Resolution and the
Voting of it on December 4th 2006 by 1st
class mail.
It is highly recommended that you attend this very
important meeting.
I thank the brethren for giving me the honor to serve this
Great and wonderful lodge for another year as your Secretary.
Like everyday life we are always challenged by the unexpected
and like everyday life we overcome them and become stronger. I
truly believe we will have a much stronger lodge in the
future, and as masons meet on the level should any problems
arise, this will enable us to grow to talk and understand each
other in friendship and brotherly love.
