The Secretary's Table

Congratulations to the new officers for the year
2004. A special thank-you to Mario Camantigue, the Worshipful Master, for accepting and be the Master for
2004. Bro. Orly Lemi, our Senior Warden is moving to Las Vegas, so he has dropped out of the line, and as I said our
current Master, Mario is going to continue another year. We wish Bro. Orly and his family all the
best in their new venture.
Dues for 2004 have now been mailed out, please let me know if you didn’t receive
it. In the dues notice, we put in “Building Fund”, we have a beautiful building, however, it does take money to
maintain it. If each member could donate $25.00, this would allow us to maintain it for 2004. If that amount is too much, we will be
grateful for anything you send us.
The Annual Christmas Party for the Covina Children and our Members Children will be
on Saturday, December 6, at 1:00 pm. This is a great afternoon, so try and come down and join the fun. We will give all the children attending a
Christmas card with $20.00 in it, once again if you would like to help out,
please send in the check.
December meeting is also “Hat on the Altar”, a tradition that dates back to the early
1900, this money is donated to Covina Homes.
This letter is full of asking for donations, but part of our obligation is to help
others and I think no better way, than donate it to Masonic causes in our own
lodge. I hope and pray that everyone has a safe, healthy and happy holiday season.
Fraternally,
Thomas B. Reoch, PM
Secretary
