Brethren,

I would like to thank the brethren for sending me to attend the 2008 Junior Wardens Retreat.
The seminar was held at the Marriott Hotel on April 18 and was spearheaded by Worshipful Jogn F. Lowe, Chairman, Right Worshipful Kenneth G. Nagel, Senior Warden, Very Worshipful William J. Bray III, Junior Grand Warden.

In the seminar, we were taught to make a strategic plan for our respective lodges which consist of defining its mission, creating a vision or direction and adopting measures or actions to attain its goal. It was carefully planned and evry minute had been allocated to give the participants the best working tools to improve or enhance masonry in their respective lodges to meet the demands of today's society.

My weekend was well spent for I gained lots of information from the seminar and made friends with several Jr wardens of other lodges. It is indeed a wonderful experience I cannot forget.
