Meeting & Conference Room
This spacious forty-five by fifty-five foot room is fully carpeted and seats 270 people. It has a ten by twenty foot raised stage at the front of the room and includes a built-in sound system, a piano, and organ. There are two points of access at the rear of the room and one at the front. One
of the rear doors connects to a foyer that is
separate from the main lobby. The other rear door allows access to a pair of small rooms that serve as dressing or assembly rooms.

The amenities that this room offers cannot be found in most commercially available facilities and make it ideal for both business meetings as well as special ceremonies such as weddings.

Dining Hall & Catering
The elegant fourteen foot high ceiling of this thirty-five by fifty-five foot dining room complements your most imaginative decorating ideas and will seat 170 dinner guests. The inviting ambiance of this dining room will guarantee that your guests enjoy their dining experience.
 
Through our exclusive caterers, A Tasteful Affair ,we offer a full range of corporate and private event services. Our caterer uses only the highest quality and freshest ingredients to provide you with delicious selections as well as a complete line of vegetarian options. From your first meeting with the Event Planners, to the final hour of your event, the catering staff will work with you to ensure that your dining experience wonderful.

There is no corking fee. If needed, a liquor license is permitted.

Outdoor Or Indoor/Outdoor Events
For events that you wish to be held outdoors, our Alisal Gardens is the ideal setting that includes a large patio and barbeque pits. This picturesque area offers three-quarter of an acre of lawn that is ideal for nearly any outdoor activity you may wish to plan including: weddings, receptions, company or family gatherings, picnics and barbeques.

The Pleasanton Masonic Center offers off-street parking for sixty-three vehicles as well as additional on-street parking adjacent to the facility.
