Ladies & Brethren,

We have been inspected by the Alameda County Board of Health, and received a fine report, to evaluate our kitchen. As a result, (which only confirmed what the original plans intended) additional sinks need to be added to meet present code. As such we are securing the necessary permits with the City of Pleasanton to proceed ahead. We anticipate construction in August that should have impact on our caterer’s activity. In addition you will notice a rather large double French door unit with sidelights against the wall. We will be installing the doors in a few weeks, which will provide the required egress necessary from the kitchen as part of the sink project entails removing the exit door.

August will be Royal Raspberry's first full month as the Center's exclusive caterer and building rental manager. We look forward to a long and profitable relationship for both parties. Initially we have noticed a surge in potential building rental opportunities. Let's all welcome Elizabeth and Debbie officially to the Pleasanton #321 family!
