Eric Schwartz received a Bachelors Degree in Music from the Cleveland Institute of Music at Case Western Reserve University. Additional studies were at the University of Miami in Music Theory and Composition.  The primary focus of his studies was classical composition. He has also attended the Interlocken and Aspen music summer music programs.  Currently he divides his time between New York City and travels around the country.  Preparing for graduate school this fall, Eric is spending considerable time in his composition endeavors bridging the gap between classical and popular music incorporating both in his compositions with a mixture of jazz.
