A Peace Officer's Ritual Team that works in the Third Degree, upon request, for the raising of a mason who is an active or retired Peace Officer. Peace Officers who are raised by the team automatically become members. Current members consist of Sheriffs, Deputy Sheriffs, Chiefs of Police, Police Officers, District Attorney Investigators, Fire Investigators, Federal Police Officers, etc.
A position on the team is always available to any Mason who is or has been a Peace Officer. An application may be obtained from the High Sheriff.
Keith # 187 F&AM was the host for the California Masonic Posse on June 24, 2006. Former Postal Inspector, James Buzbee, was raised to the sublime degree in due and ancient (and Posse) form.
